Hi there, i'm looking for a specific house. I would love to get a 2 story house,with a lovely view of the city. On the edge of a mountain, with birds chipping every morning. I have a family of 3, so I would love a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and more. I would also like it to be more spacious not cramped. That's it. And for a budget limit. I hope 200,000$ is enough. :)

moved to a terraced house in 2010 and now they live in a penthouse
on the side of the mountain where the view is looked at daily,where bird comes daily and signs beautifully.
