As a result of your asking me to draw up a report related to suggestions regarding the sales development, I have taken into consideration the following objectives:
1. the customers' satisfaction concerning the shop's services;
2. the increase of the customers' trust in the products quality;
3. increase of the business profit.
Therefore, I have concluded on the overall activity and I have some suggestions as follows below:
a. a visible advertisement should be placed in the street with the company's logo, with an arrow towards the shop;
b. the most needed products on a regular basis should be easily available for fast access;
c. for any product bought with 50 €, a 10% discount card should be made available to the customers, to assure they will return and buy more;
d. all the products should have a high level of quality;
e. to optimize the company's relationship with partners in entertainment areas, such as theatre, film or libraries - the customers might be thrilled to obtain free monthly tickets to a play, a movie or to a reading room.
I strongly hope that my suggestions will facilitate your shop to become more profitable and to have happier customers.
