It’s a great series with more plot twists and turns then most any other show….like the former show ‘24’ on steroids. James Spader is incredible at his role as Raymond Reddington (or Ivan Koslov….whichever he truly is). To me, the show is non-stop action with a great underlining theme. The show will keep you on your toes. The concept of having a narcissistic, dangerous extremely intelligent yet charming serial killer with no conscience to kill anyone except to those he cares for working with a special FBI task force to bring in the worst and most sick and twisted criminals around the world (a “Blacklist”)is not believable in real life, but makes a great story line. James Spader deserves an Emmy ten times over. However, I am getting tired of Reddington being this all powerful person with connections all over the world in just about every institution. The show needs to give him a serious nemesis and an arch-enemy that’s “time-enough” for him and puts just as much fear in him as he puts in others. His “all-powerful” portrayal is beginning to get “tiresome”. But other then that, it’s a great series well worth the watch.
